TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) – Meet outstanding Highland Park Senior Juan Maldonado. He excels in athletics and academics and he’s heading to KU in the Fall to study computer engineering. Maldonado was recently honored as an bright student by Topeka Public Schools.
