Engineering students looking for a job or internship have a chance to meet with multiple employers under one roof at the Engineering, Computer Science and Technology Career and Internship Fair Friday, Jan. 6 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Student Street at College of Lake County’s Grayslake Campus, 19351 W Washington St.
“CLC is excited to be able to once again host this event in person,” said Workforce Development Manager at CLC’s Career and Job Placement Center (CJPC) Gina Smith. “Historically, this fair attracts students and job seekers from across the country. It’s always exciting to see some of Lake County’s top companies participate year after year. It’s also a testament to the quality of job seekers this event attracts.”
The event is hosted by CJPC and allows students and other jobseekers to meet with more than 20 employers from several industries including logistics, pharmaceuticals, construction and government. Some of these include UPS, Peak Construction, Schneider, AbbVie and Eriksson Engineering.
