Applications are invited for engagement of total 396 GRADUATE APPRENTICE / TECHNICIAN APPRENTICE / TRADE APPRENTICE under the Apprentices Act, 1961 as amended from time to time for training at Trombay, Mumbai & Thal, Raigad District.
Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF), a leading Fertilizer and Chemical manufacturing company is inviting applications from eligible candidates for 396 graduate apprentice / technician Apprentice / trade apprentice posts. Those interested must go through the details given below and apply accordingly.
Graduate Apprentice
Accounts Executive – Candidates must have completed B.Com, BBA/Graduation with Economics
Secretarial Assistant – Any Graduate with Basic English Knowledge
Recruitment Executive (HR) – Graduate with Basic English Knowledge
Technician Apprentice
Chemical – Applicants must have Diploma in Chemical Engineering
Civil – Possess Diploma in Civil Engineering
Computer – Diploma in Computer Engineering
Electrical – Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Mechanical – Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Instrumentation – Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering
Trade Apprentice
Attendant Operator  (Chemical Plant) – Must have Passed B.Sc. with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematic or Biology only.
Boiler Attendant – Passed tenth class examination with Science & Mathematics under 10+2 system of education or its equivalent.

Electrician – Passed tenth class examination with Science & Mathematics under 10+2 system of education or its equivalent.
Horticulture Assistant – Passed tenth class examination under 10+2 system or its equivalent.
Instrument Mechanic (Chemical Plant) – Have passed B.Sc. with Physics and Chemistry.
Laboratory Assistant (Chemical Plant) – Cleared B.Sc. with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematic or Biology
Machinist – Passed tenth class examination with Science & Mathematics under 10+2 system of education or its equivalent.
Housekeeper Hospital –  10^th pass under 10+2 system of or its equivalent
Candidates will be given monthly stipend starting from Rs. 5000 to Rs. 9000 depending on their job profile.
A merit list will be made considering the percentage secured by the candidate in the prescribed essential educational qualification. Wherever CGPA/CPI or other grades in qualifying examination is given, equivalent percentage of marks should be indicated in the application as per rules adopted by concerned University or Institute. The applicant will have to submit a certificate to this effect from the University/Institute at the time of reporting, if he is selected.
Applicants from the merit list would be called for Documents Verification
After successful completion of Documents Verification & successful Contract Approval of Apprenticeship on the respective website only then they would be appointed as Apprentice Trainee. Seven days period will be given to them for joining.

Click on “RECRUITMENT” and then on “ENGAGEMENT OF APPRENTICES – 2022”
Check full Advertisement Details and go through the instructions and terms & conditions carefully before applying.
Tap on  “I Accept” and then click on “Apply Online” to fill the Application Form.
After filling the Application form, click on “SAVE/SUBMIT”.
After submission, the Application form will be generated.
Click on “Print” button to print the Application form which will be needed at the time of Joining.
