The PSC Scholarship (Engineering) – HTX (Home Team Science and Technology Agency), is offered to students who are keen to pursue an engineering career.
By choosing HTX as your parent agency, you will be part of the Home Team’s Force Multiplier. Tuition fees and other approved charges
Monthly overseas or local maintenance allowance (including accommodation)
Pre-studies allowance e.g. settling in, warm clothing, computer
Return economy class airfare (if studying overseas)

As a PSC Scholarship (Engineering) scholar tied to MHA, your career progression will generally follow that of PSC (Open) scholars. You will be placed within HTX (Home Team Science & Technology Agency) on its technical specialist (XT) scheme.
Upon graduation, scholarship holders will be posted to their parent agency and they will deepen their technical expertise in their engineering cluster for up to 4 years.

Study in a top overseas or local university and take on a rewarding career as a Senior Officer in a Home Team department. Mid-term scholarship available.

Generalist or specialist civilian careers (science and tech, psychology, commercial affairs, intelligence, internal security) in the Home Team. Mid-term scholarship available.
Study Para-medicine or related disciplines in a local or overseas university. Embark on a rewarding career in the SCDF. Mid-term scholarship available.
Study science and engineering at a top overseas or local university. Be groomed for ops-tech uniformed leadership positions. Mid-term scholarship available.
Specialist civilian careers in the tracks of commercial affairs, intelligence, internal affairs or psychology, in the Home Team. Mid-term scholarship available.
Generalist civilian careers in the Home Team. Mid-term scholarship available.
Specialist civilian career in the Science & Technology track with HTX. Mid-term scholarship available.
